This document lays out practical steps for managing both your own time and the time of those you are responsible for. God has called us all to manage both others and ourselves. Our ability to manage and lead will have a great impact on the potential of those we lead. God has placed in places of influence and authority for the development of the kingdom and of others, not just us. I want to share some simple thoughts learned along the way. These are very elementary and many of you may be doing similar things with your leaders. Jesus spent more time with twelve men than all of humanity. A good leader does the work of ten men, a great leader trains ten men to do his work. Your ability to develop leaders and reproduce will determine the success of fulfilling vision. If you want to have a strong marriage, raise Christ-centered children, and lead a growing, God-honoring organization, you must learn to manage time wisely.
